brilliant progress man! great size and very lean. i think adding more muscle in your case would just be a case of adding a few more cal's...lean bulk time :))))

looking good in your avi bro!!! im sure the wife is loving it.. be careful you might end up with 10 kids.. lol

nice work bro; so the pics span 2 years? Looks like a nice gain in that period. You are super lean, so id say try to add some more mass thru diet. You might look up 3J in the diet section - I am sure he could help you gain 20 lbs of lean muscle in the next year by tweaking yuor diet.

Good progress - I wouldnt go near steroids atm - you could fill out a lot natty now and have testosterone oozing from your pores at 19! Keep it up!
impossible, a natty lifter is doing extremely well if he can manage 8-10lbs muscle in a year

Don't know what you are talking about ozcat - at 19 this guy should be growing like a fukkin weed if he eats right and works out. After 25 its a different story.

explain this statement?

if you think a natty lifter can gain 20lbs of muscle in a year then you're seriously misguided.

i trained natty for 16yrs and i can assure you tht either myself or any of the many gym partners i had grew like this. so unless he has mutant genes, he will not be gaining 20lbs pure muscle in a year.

has anyone on this forum got any real life experience or is it all broscience rubbish?!

i know what i do regularly with my clients.. they gain more then 10-12lbs of muscle a year.. thats a fact...
