natural gyno issues (never used aas)

i have had breast tissue for quite a while now, it didnt go when i shredded to 8% bf and then got my mum who is a doctor to have a feel. she confirmed there was some breast tissue there.

i am British and when i asked her about buying some nolvadex to try and get rid of the tissue she said that it would not work. i am so confused and dont really want to waste any money on it if it wont work.

does anyone have any information or good insight on this? it would really help me in all kinds of ways.

Look into Letrozole instead, that helps some people.

You can look into letro, but more than likely the only way is going to be surgery.
