nausea

Anyone else get nauseous during or after working out on cycle? Actually threw up today after my first workout on dorian yates blood and guts routine. I had been doing more sets than what his routine calls for, and id always be very nauteous during and after. I drink alot of water before, during, and after. Am i doing something wrong or just being a vagina?? :)
 
Had a couple fluid belches today which is the norm for leg day for me. It's just pushing too hard I think along with all that water sloshing around in my tummy as I drink like a camel in the gym.
 
Maybe its just too much water. I sweat a ton so i figured id need to drink a ton to replace it. Just gets annoying, especially trying to push harder and not ralphing everywhere

I just think of it as doing things right haha. I probably consume over a gallon easily while in the gym since I sweat from head to toe. ;)

Yea I drink a lot of water in the gym too. Damn tren has me sweating buckets on my damn warm up sets!

I pull into the parking lot at the gym and I start to sweat on tren...it's like it knows.

I drink a lot before and after but during I have a 32oz bottle I drag along and I don't get more than that. I've felt nauseous this past week but I've been doing an insane workout. Working out with my buddy tomorrow and he swears he's going to get me to puke but I don't think so.
 
maybe your just over heating... when i wear t shirts i get super fuckin hot, like im already naturally hot all the time, does it go away if you step outside to cool down?, to me its when i wear tshirts and take too much pre workout
 
Preworkouts kill my stomach damn near everytime I take them I either feel like I'm going to throw up or I do. I always feel better after I throw up so it doesn't really bother me but I figured it was a waste to buy them if I'm just going to throw them up. I drink a lot of water too and it usually doesn't make me feel nauseos but the other day I had to go in the locker room throw up real quick and then go back out to the gym and get right back at it.
 
Its not all that uncommon for me especially when i do legs or back. I think because they are such large muscle groups and I think the nausea is from the surge of lactic acid.
