i have been consuming a wt gain shake early in the morning for breaKfast..its around 1300 cals...68g pro, 155g carbs 6g fiber and 67g sugar, 38g fat...i take this shake with methoxy caps, bvits, vit e, vit c, potisium pills, and fish and flax gel caps, also i usually take it 30-45 min after i tAke a thermogenic booster....i was wondering if any body might know why i feel like im gonna hurl about 10 min after i take this all in....is it the thermogenic caps i took earlier or is it the massive amount of cals i took in sending my system into a shock phase??? any tips or advise would be nice ty ...
