Need a good cut routine?

I don't know anything about lifting to get cut. Ive alway's focused on getting big. I feel big enough for now at 260 and summer is here and i need my flexibility back for golf. i take 400mg's deca, test 500mg's, letro 1.25 every 3rd day.

How do I lift for cutting besides just uppin the reps. Im currently doin pb's 3 day mass routine but need to switch up.

ADD more cardio, just adding a jog first thing in the morning before breakfast, then doing your normal lifting/training routine later on in the day.
 
I used to think u needed to do higher reps and stuff to cut up. Ive found though, u can pretty much keep your same mass building program(heavy lifting in general), just be more strick w/your diet and add some cardio and u'll still get cut and stay stronger then if u just lifted higher reps. All the higher reps really does is keep your heart rate elevated(since u usaually need less rest between sets w/the lighter weights).

I tend to agree with this. Last summer I was able to cut and maintain strength and most of my muscle mass. I never really bought into the high rep/low weight philosphy. Diet has a heck of alot to do with it, as does cardio...
