Need a lil help. 1st time injectables.

OK guys this may sound a lil stupid but i figure its better asking than doing something stupid. Its my first time doing an injectable cycle and im startin with sus 250 once a week. Most people do see solid gains yes? oh, and one other thing, how the hell do i open the vial? do i cut it open with like a mini knife or somethin?
 
Like blackbeard said, use an amp opener if you have amps. Seems like sustanon usually comes in amps (like 250mg) for some reason. Is that a Europeon thing? I've never used an amp, but boy they seems like a pain in the ass compared to vials.

If you have a vial (with a rubber stopper on top) then DO NOT open it.
 
Shooting Sustanon (sust) once a week isn't the best idea. Better off preloading syringes and shooting at least 2x/week.
 
if you have amps (look like little beer bottles), like said get an amp cracker.
Or do like i do, grab a sock or designated amp towel (something thin), hold the bottlom thick part of the amp in one hand, and using the sock, grab the top neck of it and snap it off. stick the needle in, suck it up, and shoot it into your ass cheek. You do know where to inject to, right?
We dont need another guy sticking his O-ring.
 
OK i got it open and took my first shot. (2 days later) mY ASS is killin! why!? what are some tips to avoid/reduce this bruised feeling? I heard to keep the needles in the freezer and warm the vial before injecting. any other suggestions?
 
needles in the freezer? Whoever told you that, fill a syringe full of air and inject their carotid artery with it. Total bull.

Did you move the pin around alot while it was in your ass? Did you inject the upper, outer quadrant of your buttcheek? Warming the vial will help some, but i wouldnt go warming amps, they may pop. Better off injecting smoothly, and then massaging the injection site afterwards. It also helps if you inject an area you are about to go to the gym and hit, asd it moves the oil daround. works for me at least (if i were to inject, which lord knows i woul dnever do).

also, if you are inecting sustanon, chances are it is gonna leave you sore. high Ba content, and it has prop in it. Sorry, but thats the deal with that stuff.
 
The needles in the freezer was said by bodybuilder Mick Hart. He even published a book called the Laymans Guide to steroids. Plus 2 fellas in the gym which you can definately tell are juicin said the same thing. As far as warming the vial, i dont mean like put it in the microwave and heat it up a lot. I was told like under your armpit for a minute of even hold it in ur cup of coffee for a few seconds just to slightly warm it up. I dont know i have to experiment, everything is trail and error you know.
 
Another way to safely open an Amp is: Take a small thin finger nail file and gently file around the nect of the amp then pop the top of the amp off (nipple) as far as pain goes in the injection site SuS hurts period no matter where you inject it not moving the pin around while its in helps but it still hurts.

Wow, you really did your homework on this, didn't you!!!!

Why the fuck would you put a needle in the freezer?
Do you even know the proper way to do an injection?
And I wouldn't recommend heating your amp in a cup of coffee or your armpit, better to try to keep things at least somewhat sterile before giving yourself an injection, no?

If you don't have an amp opener, then score the thin part of the neck with a knife, then grasp the bottom part of the amp with a paper towel or similar, and use the top of a bic pen or similar to slide over the top of the amp, and snap the top off.

Frozen needles cool injection pain

Everyone knows that ice packs and other cold treatments can relieve minor aches and pains. So could cooling a needle dull the pain of an injection?

To answer this intriguing question, a researcher studied 77 patients receiving bilateral facial injections of botulinum toxin with 30-gauge needles. Each patient received one injection with a room-temperature needle and the other with a needle that had been frozen overnight at 19° F (-7° C). Patients immediately reported pain severity on a scale of 0 to 10. Fifty-nine patients (76.6%) reported less pain from injections given with the frozen needles, 14 patients (18.2%) reported more pain, and 4 patients (5.2%) reported no difference. Eighty-three percent of injections with frozen needles rated a pain score of 1 or 2, compared with only 58% of those treated with room-temperature needles. No adverse reactions to the frozen needles were noted.

Freezing needles may be a simple and inexpensive way to reduce injection pain-welcome news for patients with diabetes and others who require frequent injections.

No body has read the Laymans Guide to Steroids?!? Its gives alot of very useful info....such as the frozen needles! Ty performance issue.
 
freeze the needle, and then stick it in oil that you warmed up. you do realize it will just warm te needle and cool the oil.

fuck, whatever. never really hurt all that bad. I usually just fill my pin up, and stick it right through my shirt or jeans or whatever. When shooting my buttcheeks, i usually just put it right through my undies or whatever, and lean back on a wall to push the plunger.

i had a piece of thread hanging out of my ass once from that, but hey, it saved my 5 seconds on my injection time. I am going for the world record.
