need advice guys on cycle

I know this tread should be in the training section but everyone responds quickly here lol. So I'm on a prop/tren/win cycle and my training days go like this

Monday- cardio in morning
Chest

Tuesday-back
Abs

Wednesday-cardio in morning

Thursday-quads hams
Abs

Friday-cardio in morning
Shoulders/traps

Saturday-bis trie

Abs

Sunday-off

How does this look for my routine, I'm open to try new stuff. Let me know what you guys think
 
Really just depends on what works for you. I personally don't like the split, but im not the one doing it.

Do legs on Monday. Great start to the week to get the whole body ready, and gets legs outta the way. Besides, everyone does chest on Monday so you'll have the whole rack to yourself.


Here's the 4 day split i do.

Mon - Legs
Tues - Chest/Delts
Wed - Off
Thurs - Back
Fri - Off
Sat - Arms
Sun - Off

Again, its whatever works for you.
