need advice on full body work out

i only have time for three 1 1/2 work outs per week .
im in 6 weeks of a 18 week cycle . 750 mg of test per week..
i plan to change from a lite work out with core groups to
drop sets on the core groups , do u think this is over doing it ??????

incline chest press
3 set of 12 reps with 10 rep max to start with untill i cant pump any more reps at a much lower weight for the last set
leg press
tri/bis
delts
back
miltary press
calves
traps
total time 1 hr , three times per week with sat and sun off complete
rest
500 gr of protien daily

I do a full body workoput 3 times a week with HST. These are the exercises that I do, and I think my routine is pretty complete.
Deadlift
Squat
BO Row
Pulldown N Grip
Dips
DB Bench
Military Press
Biceps
Triceps
Calves
Crunches

3 sets may be overdoing it, I only do 1 of each, but I'm not on cycle. I would start out with 1 or 2 sets (especially on the core lifts), and play it by ear if I were you, don't want to overtrain too early.

If you doing full body workouts and wanting to add mass look into HST, there are some other options as well, but if the main goal is size hst would work well. Stick with the full body workouts, I find for people training day on day off they work very well.

Depending on your size i dont know if you really need 500g of protein, dont forget about getting enough fat and carbs in the diet as well.

i belive in hst but the big boys in md mag say work untill the muscle gives no more effort and ability to move the weight then rest untill the next breakdown workout be it 2 days or 3 to 4 days , that depends on how you heal

Most guys who write for mags are lardasses or skinny bitches. And they get their ideas on training from crazy pros who do like 5 grams of test a week.

lol u said test bro... but yea, i agree... i have done my fair share of magazine reading, and with the exception of the magazine published by the APA, it is BS written by unqualified people who talk to people like ronnie coleman, and get his workout, publish it and send all these kids on these insane workouts, where people lose rather than gain, and/or hurt themselves.
