SO here I am asking advice .... I am 6'4 235lbs about 3 weeks ago I weighed around 220lbs and I started taking supplements which is my 1st time ever.
I am taking
1. Universal Real Gains
2. Turinabol with liver juice
3. Multivitamins
So It seems like im getting stronger
Bench Press : 275lbs
Curls : 50lb Dumbells
Squat : 300lbs
Calves : 200lbs
SO I am happy and I hope this is good for my height ?
I am wanting to know if I should do anything else to help get my mass and size up ? I want to walk around at 280lbs !!!
Also I want my vains to pop like I see alot of body builders what can I do to do this ?
Any info to help me on my way would be great
