Hey everyone!

I am new to the site and have been reading a lot of posts on here. I was looking to get some help on my diet and cycle. I am looking to lean out over the next 12 weeks so I can look better for my wedding :)
If you could offer some advice on what I am doing -that would be great! I have been eating clean and cycling for a month now and have not seen any significant results. My starting weight was 148, I currently am 145... probably just water loss?

anyways below is my diet and cycle

Diet: Carb cycling - 2 days on 2 days off

Carb day
meal 1: 1 egg, 4 egg whites, 1/4 oats
meal 2,3,4: 6oz chicken, broccoli, sweet potato
meal 5: chicken, broccoli

no carb day
meal 1: 5 eggs, 2 slices cheese
meal 2-5: steak or salmon, broccoli or asparagus

One cheat meal a week - falls on carb day

Supplements:
CLA 3x
Multivitamins 2x
BCAAs - morning, during workout, evening
L-glutamine - mixed in BCAAs

Cycle:
T3 cycle - 25 mcg - 50mcg - 75 mcg and back down - 6 weeks
Clen 2 days on 2 days off - 1 pill in morning, 1 in the afternoon (50mcg each)
Anavar 2x = 10mg morning, 10 evening

Thinking of adding GH - took first shot yesterday.. not sure how this will work once added in.

Advice please!

Hellow Smilez,
Welcome to Ology :)

I see you posted your diet, but no training routine... what does your training routine look like ? The right diet/training will give u the results u want... What's your cycle history ? Is this your first cyle ? If so, running Anavar (var) at 20 mg's is pretty aggressive, also, keep in mind that most women report some water gain while on var, this usually goes away after ending the cycle..
I really wouldn't be paying much attention to what the "#" is at the scale, but rather how your body looking..
Have u lost fat & gained LBM ? u could easily "lose" weight at the scale while "gaining" fat.....
and u could also be "gaining" weight due to gaining LBM & losing fat...

Post your training routine, so we can see if u could benefit from making some changes & also post your stats
(age, height)

As far as your diet by (2 days off, 2 days on) Do u mean 2 days no carbs & 2 days moderate carbs ? Also, I don't see any sources of good fats & good fats are essential... How long are u planning to carb cycle, I should note that it***8217;s best not to be on a carb cycle diet for longer than a few weeks. Beyond that period of time, you'll be doing more damage than good to your fat loss results as your metabolism will be struggling. Remember, carbs aren't really "bad", it's all about timing them & chosing the right carbs.

Hey Mrs P,

Thanks for the reply!

My stats are: Female, 5'2, 143lb and 33% BF

Yes this is my first cycle, and i was directed to use anavar at 20mg by another coach who gets people ready for shows (however, im doing doing a show, lol)

I just started my first week of carb cycling, planning on doing it for 4 weeks. Its 2 days moderate carbs, and 2 days zero carbs. I get my fats from salmon and omega 3 eggs. I use omega eggs every morning.

My training routine is 5 days weights and 5 days cardio with 2 days of rest. Im currently following a split routine and looks as follows:

Every morning: Empty stomach cardio 30-45 min on treadmill
Monday - legs
Tuesday - chest
Wednesday - off
thursday - legs + shoulders
friday - back
saturday- Bi's and tri's

I also try to follow my weight workouts with 30 min low intensity walking.

My Anavar (var) cycle is coming to an end, so i'll keep you posted with how I feel once coming off of it.

Thanks!

No problem Smilez :)

I'm a big fan of carb cycling, it gives me great results when cutting... I usually do a High carb/ low moderate carb/no carb days
So generally, I do three days... and the three days are rotated, or cycled, equally, but there are many ways people set up a carb cycle. You can also do low/high or low moderate high.

For example: 4 low days and then a high, 2 low a no carb day and 1 high, 2 low 1 moderate and 1 high, etc. This type of diet should be tweaked, based on your individual progress & goals.

Honestly, your diet needs more fat, on your low carb day I see one (whole egg) BTW, I love Omega eggs, but one whole egg only has 6 grmas of fat, so assuming that u are cooking your meals with pam cooking spray this will only give u a very little 6 grams og fat... not nearly enough fat for your body...

On your moderate carb days I see 3 meals of either steak or salmon & going with 4 oz of salmon that would only give u around 20 grams of fat... I think your diet might be stalling your fat loss, eventhough losing 1 lb of fat per week is pretty much the norm...
How intense is your cardio ? I'm a big fan of HITT & circuits.

I'm going to be totally honest here, at your bf, var/t3 & clen is not what u need, u need to figure out & tweak your diet to what really works for u..

I know some coaches out there are willing to give good "intented" advise, but it's not always "good" or correct advise...
Anyone can "coach" and or up on stage, but this doesn't mean they have been successful, or even know what they're doing, I tell u this because I could understand the preassure of wanting to look your best for your wedding day, I think all women can definitely relate to this...
but, remember being healthy & fit takes hard work & dedication& unfortunately time & there aren't any quick fixes... but, it can totally be done... If I were u, I would drop the cycle & focus on building a good diet..

Hi there!
Congrats on your wedding day!
I feel that trying any sort of gear or supps for the first time should be done when you aren't prepping for something specific. You have no clue how your body will react (everyone is different) and I'd hate to see you put on a bunch of water weight and feel ultra bloated on your wedding day all because of how your body reacted to Anavar (var). 20mgs a day is an aggressive womens' dose, especially for a first cycle.
I'm not a fan of clen because I feel that the sides and risks greatly outweigh any benefits. I agree with Mrs. P, stick with the tried and true diet and excercise and leave the "extras" alone. At 33% bodyfat, you will see results very quickly with proper dieting.
Good luck and congrats!!!!
