Need advice!!!

Alright lads,

Im 19, 6"2, 70kgs.

Im traning the last year or so and haven noticed a thing.I have being on tru mass for the last year and i find it dont help at all.I workout in the gym every night for at least 1 hour all weights and no running. A few of my friends are mad into the gym and they seem to be getting bigger and bigger but im staying the same tall and skinny me.I Want advice on how to get the big and ripped look. I think powders are shit and dont work i want some thing thats works right away. People are telling me to take D/bol. Is it good stuff or am i wasting my time?Wat sort of cycle do i take?

Hey Dobby, How's your diet? It sounds to me already you are not eating enough and if that is the case nothing is going to help. You have to eat to grow and you have to eat whole food, lots of meat and clean carbs. Eat at least 6 times a day and lift heavy.
 
If 70kg is about 150lbs just eat everything, seriously, get 200 grams of protein a day and eat everything you can afford.
 
U gonna be skinny for a minute bro, Ur only 19. Ur still growing and will continue to grow for a few more years. Do like they say, Eat More!! Anabolics are not for U right now.
 
My weight has gone up alot in the past year with tru-mass and just eating every thing.. I used to be in the 58-59 kgs very skinny but now i am 73-74 with a bit of meat on me..I want to start a cycle but dont know which is the best i would prefer tablet form or liqud form if possible but if not i can inject.. Just want to know wat is the best cycle??

74 kg = 160 lbs, at 6'2 I promise you can gain at least 30 more lbs just by eating. The best cycle for you is a 12 week high calorie diet.

nothing better than a good diet while young and tin.
 
im also 19 pal

started at 11 stone and now around 13.8
its all down to eating correctly.. now matter how much effort you put in the gym if you dont put twice as much out side it .. it wont pay off like you want it to..

write up your diet on here for a typical day but be onsit about it and sure some of the guys will add some bits n tips in that will help :D
 
bro I already told you just get your protien requirements, then eat EVERYTHING. Im tall and skinny just like you, the only thing worse for us than bad calories is no calories. Just eat and you WILL grow.
