Hello all,

Just wondering if i could pick your brains, I've been searching around and get a lot of conflicting information,

To start with here are my stats.

Age - 36
Height - 180cms
Weight 89kgs
Body Fat - 15% - coming down due to new eating habit
Training - Always but not weekends, Weights, body weights, cardio each night
Status - Married and 1 Child
Work - Self employed, lots of physical labour

Health - Had gyno removed 4 years ago, losing hair for last 10 years :(

Goal - Not to be a body builder but more like a hugh jackman wolverine look (Sounds Vain)

So i've been told to take the following.

Monday - 200mg Prop and Tren

Wednesday - 200mg prop and tren

friday - 200mg prop and tren

with 40mg of winney each day spread morning and afternoon before training.

Winney will run for 1 - 4 weeks and then 8 - 12 weeks

Cycle length Over 10 - 12 weeks

I know Prop hurts like hell from previous cycles.

I have done a cycle in 5-6 years

PCT is nolva and arimidex

Any advise would be great,
