Need Diet Help Please.

Hey guys i am new to all this and some may say i jumped in too fast but ive been working out and i decided that i wanted to run with some gear and thats that. Here are my stats.
Age:27
Pre Cycle Weight: 155
Current Weight 2 week in:168
Height: 5'9

Gear:
400mg T400/week
250mg Sust250/week
50mgDbol Tabs/day

Supplements:
Cellucor M-5
Cellucor Whey Protein
Monster Milk Protein
800mg Milk Thistle/day.
Diet:

Here is where i need the biggest help.
I have been eating about 6 Tuna/eggs Sandwiches through out the day.
I eat chicken breast and porkchops for dinner with hard boiled eggs and salad.
Late night snack ill have a few peanut butter sandwiches.


That is where i need help with a structured diet.

I am in the gym faithfully everyday working til failure. I am seeing improvements and getting compliments but i need to learn what i need to eat to achieve the greatest results. Any input would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks in advance.
