hey bros decided to post this here vs the diet section since this section gets more love. im having a hard time recently since I started a new job in a lab working in a cleanroom. Im having trouble finding time eating and don't have a chance to eat after breakfast and before lunch due to the nature on my job. I never had trouble with this before so im looking for suggestions. the only thing I came up with was to "say im going to the bathroom" and chug a protein shake or weight gainer (I fucking hate this because ive always ripped on everyone for not eating real food). well as always I appreciate your help bros!!

Carry stuff in your pocket and chip away it if u cant actually sit there and eat it, or, eat breakfast havr a shake then eat lunch then have a shake, rotate meals and shakes, its not the best situation, but for sure better than not eating!

I hate shakes too, aside from the normal two uses (post training with whey and bed time with casein), and even then I eat with them. Anything is better than nothing. Pack your pockets or a brief case/small duffle bag pocket with nuts and drink the shakes as well. We gotta do what we gotta go, brother.

Since you work in a clean room you cant have any food in there. So if your only choice is to sneak to the bathroom then thats it. Can you make egg whites and throw them in some tin foil and 2 or 3 slices of a good bread. Take that with you to the bathroom and your shake...bang it all out and then go back to work.

mix some whey into some greek yogurt with oats or granola. Freeze it, bring it to work and take a few bites any chance you get. I say freeze it in case you don;t have a fridge at work you can store it at room temp.

why don't u try IF ( intermittent fasting) . u basicly get all your calories in a certain time frame (eating window) u fast for the majority of the day (at work) then when u get home or from the time u get home from before u sleep ( or the hours u aren't at work) u get your calories in for the day . Eating like this apparently even has its benefits over not ; insulin sensitivity, aids in fat loss , gh production etc . could be an option for you

thanx everyone its good to hear everyone chime in. I always spaced my caloric intake evenly throughout the day but it seems like im just going to have to eat more per sitting just to get those calories in
