need help choosing the right prohormone.

Hey guys the names Anderson. I'm 5'7 and 128 lbs. Yeah so you could say i'm pretty damn skinny. Ive been wanting to get big and gain weight for a while now and my friend has been telling me about pro hormones. He said since i'm so skinny i should start off with something a little easier like methyl e.

I'm just wondering what you guys think about it and what you'd recommend to someone as skinny as me. I also wonna gain weight and get thicker legs and arms. i just want to know whats a good pro hormone for all of that that doesn't have too much side effects.

BTW i was wanting to get to at least 160 by the end of December.

I recommend that you up your caloric intake for starters, and implement SQUATS of heavy weight into your regime, this WILL allow for size gain. As for a starter PH, I recommend Helladrol at 50mgs for 4 weeks with a proper pct which you could pm me for. Also may I ask, how old are you?
 
Steroids are active hormones in the body that are naturally produced or unnaturally taken to perform a specific task. Steroids are NOT anabolic steroids, there is a difference. Steroids can be birth control, cortisone or even cholesterol. Something that is a steroid isn’t anabolic (builds muscle) and it doesn’t make the item illegal. Legal steroids that are not anabolic that you will find in a health food store are: progesterone creams and pregnenolone.

PH aren't wanna be "crap" I've seen considerable gains from h-drol, 19nor tren, max drol(bold) and M1,4ADD which just so happens to convert to d-bol. Plus if he's never used anything gear related whatsoever then PH's would be a good place to start.

And agreeing with MMA helladrol(h-drol) is a good one to start with

peopel makign theses statments have there heads in there ass.
ALOT ALOT ALOT of supp companys put out bullshit pro-H crap thats prittymuch worthless.
if you get a good one liek beastdrol (wich is a steroid its basicly mythl-masteron (oral-masteron) your good to go.

i still think oral only 4 wk cycles are pritty shitty wether its a proH or steroid.
but I think ether you (this is to the thread starter) need to get thyroid checked to be that small or you dont knwo hwo to eat properly to gain mass and pills wont fix that.

Thanks MMA732. Yeah i've just purchased evolution 2600 which is a weight gain supplement that has about 1100 calories per 2 scoops. So that should help my calorie intake. As for Helladrol are the side effects rough or are they manageable? I don't wonna be having migraines.

hey man stay away from weight gainer shakes...stick to real food...steak, chickem, fish, brown rice, eggs, whole grain bread, oatmeal, olive oil, Peanut butter, veggies, cottage cheese, etc...weight gainer shakes cannot be digested by the body very well so its more likely to be stored as fat weight and not muscle weight....we want to be puttn on as much lean mass and little bf as possible when bulking up. whey and casein are the only powders i use.
 
anderson you need to EAT, and gain weight naturally. I would say eat your ass off for a year or try to get to AT LEASY 150 naturally. I was once your size, and it was because I simple didnt have a a good diet. Try eating 5 real meals a day, take one or 2 protein/weight gain shake a day, do your dead lifts and squats, and i guarentee you will put on solid weight. i think you should wait before taking anything prohormone or steriod. maybe creatine would serve you best for now. thats my opinion and advice.

thanks shaggz. Yeah i think that's what i'm going to do. Ive purchased my lean mass gainer(Muscle Juice 2600). So ima start taking that on Monday. Ive recently moved to a new neighbor hood with a nice gym at the club house. So no gym membership monthly fees for me. :) So ill most likely wait a year to see where i've progressed to before i stat taking some phs.

With just waking up early and eating my main meals i've already seen an increase in my body thickness. I'm hoping this weight gainer can give just the little boost i need to reach my goal of 160.

So yeah ill keep you guys posted on my gains.

Dont touch a PH if you don't access to a gym because you will not be able to maximize the cycle in terms of weight training. Secondly food is much better than weight gainers, healthy nut butters are much more worth the investment than maldodextrin...Keep training and please do take your time before you start going hormonal.

I use waight gainners myself and feel they are great. but i make my own.
here is a good one:
for 2 servings:
1-2 bananas
50g oateal
100-130g whey protein powder (NeedToWhey is a good one)
4tbs peanutbutter
handfull frozen berrys
25g dextrose (not needed but in winter bulk ill add it in)

supps i add in with it:
4g creatine
2 g beta-alinen
1g ALCAR
2g taurine


blend er up in a blender and drink up.
just thepeanutbutter is 400cals plus the rest you end up with abut 1200cals a drink(serving)

its about 2400 in the blender but i drink this in 2 servings/

also look at "bette rprotein bars" there a good high cal snack

this is great. very simliar to what I do. i make my own as well. same ingradient actaully, except i dont use berries. and i dont use the extra carbs at the moment, but only because im trying to find a good place to get ahold of some dextrose and maltodextrin. Porkchops where do you get your dextrose from? MMA where you get your maltodextrin from?


diet is the hardest part man. stay motivated and youll do fine. hit up the DIET forum on here. they have a lot of good info to read adn learn from

and I really emphsaize....DEAD LIFTS AND SQUATS!! a natural streriod release for you body. seriously. you WILL hate them at first. they might even make you natious and/or dizzy, because they are heavy stress or a weak core or developing body. you get strong quick though. building a strong core will allow you to make better gain in the future when you do take a prohormone.
