Cliffs, but please take me seriously, help me.

- age 14 i was 5'3
- age 15 5'4
- age 16 5'5
- Did my first cycle age 16
- did two more cycles throughout years until i turned 19
- all cycles included 500mg test weekly, some short bursts of 1000mg a week
- some cycles had clen/dbol/tren

- i am now 20 years old..... and i am still the same 5'5 i was at 16.

the only thing that has been changing is my facial hair and face cheek bones and jaw line

did i actually fuse my growth plates and stunt my growth or is there still hope for me??

Probably. Some guys hit a growth spurt in their early 20's but it isn't common. You are likely as tall as you are ever going to get.

How tall are your parents and siblings?

well I have two uncles my dads side, 5'11 5'9
1 uncle moms side 6'1

Those are my parents siblings

Now my parents are both 5'6

Do guys think I stunted my potential growth? Or is there still hope I will grow a bit more?
Do steroids even actually cause growth plates to fuse?
IF I DIDNT CYCLE----Did I have a chance to grow taller or was I most likely going to be this height regardless?

Please help a kid out..? Give it to me straight you guys are knowledgable about this and it would really make my day knowing someone out there took a minute to explain to me . Thanks guys!

You probably stunted your growth. That ship has sailed through. You can't unring that bell. Just get used to life at that stature.

You likely hurt your Natty testosterone levels too. Read the link below in my signature. It has a section on the impact of using steroids too young.

Crazy thing is, my test levels are normal after getting blood work done. And plus I'm constantly horny and just a normal 20 year old hormone wise.
Only thing I'm concerned about is my heigh being stunted. Because if anything I noticed that I still managed to start getting body hair and facial hair patches throughout the years and shoulders are still getting wider, I'm just curious about my growth plates. Does anyone know from personal experience or knowledge, if steroids stunt a teens growth?

And I haven't lifted or cycled for more than a year. But if I go to the gym. And start eating for just a week I start getting strength quiet easily. I don't know if it's all muscle memory or my test levels are good.

Go for it, and dont forget that some of the greatest men on this earth have been and are shorter than average. Look at Al Pacino, hes like 5 4''. Just saying :)

Go for it, from what you said here. Hopefully someone with experience will chime in, but at the end of the day, Megatron's advice is the best here so take it to heart. :)

Your test levels still have not peaked at your age. So how can you say they are "normal"? They might have been higher had you not run cycles at such a young age.

And yes, using Steroids at a young age does stunt growth. Not sure how many other ways you want me to respond to the same question.

I think the elevated estrogen levels are what closes up the growth plates. That normally comes from aromatazation of your natural test but using exogenous test would surely speed that process up. Once that's done it's done. You will continue to develope, but you won't get any taller.

I remember reading about guys that don't have the aromatase enzyme. They get super tall and then die as their growth plates never close without the estrogen.

Jump on igf-1lr3 and go get your hands X rayed. The doctors will be able to tell you. Men can still grow into there late 20 s. In fact I grew 1 inch between 24 and 25. If there growth plates aren fused then the igf will keep you growing till at least your stop the igf. If they are fused you could do Hgh or igf till your as tall as you want to be.

I have never heard of anyone growing taller on HGH after their growth plates are fused. How does it "unfuse" them?

ONLY in the areas that are high in fibrocartilage, such as the hands, feet, jaw, chest and potentially spine. The increase in height will not be sufficient (imo) to justify the distortion caused in other areas. Maybe you'll gain an inch in height, but suffer acromyalgea of the hands and head. Not worth it in my book at all.

IGF-1 works BEFORE epiphyseal plates seal, unless there is a deficiency - and even then, it's not a drastic difference in height. Estradiol closing those plates during puberty is likely OP, but I know I'm not a doctor that specializes in osteopathy, so I'd suggest you contact one. :)
