need help fro weight loss

I would like to know if its normal at the beginning of a diet rapidly lose weight due water retention example 7-8-9-10lbs in 2 weeks is it too much or normal ( im 200lbs want to go 180lbs) i eat 1800-2000 calorie day (just workout 6day on week no cardio at all)
 
yes... the initial weight loss can be a bit higher than normal due to a loss of water weight
