hey guys i rly need help with my diet.
im currently on tren acte and gentropin hgh.
im trying to cut down and lean up!

my stats
5'' 7'
175 lbs
15.6% bf (goal is 12%)

as of right now i do a 2 1 split with my diet( 2 days i eat low carbs and then for one day include 20-30g of carbs in each meal and i repeat this for 6wks)

on low carb days i take in:
2200 kcls
65g of fat
300g protien
80g of carbs

on high carb day:
2150 kcls
40g fat
290 protien
150g carbs

all carbs are complex no simple.
no fruit in diet just chicken and lean meat!

is this smart? i just need some feedback on this thxs guys!
 
your diet looks way too complex..keep your calorie intake arouind 1800 ..general thumbraule for maintenance of bodyweight woudl be( bodywt in lbs *10 ).... when you add one hour of cardio you woud be in calorie dificit and then you will startin losing wt and get cut :)
 
Yah your diet is kinda out of whack. What type of carbs are you eating? Where are you getting them from? It is important due to the breakdown in the body.
 
im getting my carbs from oatmeal mutli grain bread and pwo shakes
do you guys think i should just do 1800kcal 300g protien 60g fat and 75 carbs(all carbs coming from after workout)
as you can tell diets are my weak point in working out :(
 
I like to carb load before my workout. I try and stay away from carbs later in the day. They tend to make me want to snack.
