Hi everyone I am new to all of this so sorry for my silly questions. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) here in Germany for about 8 months now. I just started Nebido about 2 months ago. I've gained alot of weight on Nebido and I have no idea how to get rid of it. I've talked to the Dr., but he says that I'm the only patient he's got with this problem. Some how I can not beleive that, but oh well. I've read a little about Nebido and it states that sodium retention is common. I've pretty much eleminated sodium from my diet and its not helping at all. Now I am starting to form the infamous man boobs, and its really taking its tole on my self esteem. I'm sure there are alot of you here with more than enough info for me. Please tell me what you all think I can do. Thanks.
