I can appreciate your organizing like you have, and not wanting to sound difficult, there are waaaayyyy too many unanswered questions.

Stats. My kingdom for some stats! Age, weight, # of cycles, diet, lifting experience, is that tren-a or tren-e? AI? HCG?

Just for starters. :-)

I can also appreciate your set up with the pic, i wish i had been that organized when i was first starting out with gear, it would of saved me a ton of guessing and late pinning etc. all the best!

I have one more questions in addition to the above questions on your Stats.

I noticed you mention injecting the Peptide near the Injury Site.
But you don't mention which Injury you are trying to deal with.
You may find that someone here has also had a similar injury, and may be able to shed some light on the Best way to deal with it.......... JP

okay i made some changes. also explanation on why i am doing everything

okay well this is my 3rd cycle test prop at 100 mg EOD had amazing results the past 2 times. the reason why i said 2mg arimadex twice a week cuz i read that you should take .5 EOD i only have 1mg pill, but i decided to take it as needed.BPC-157 is a peptide that allows both blood vessel and cellar regeneration to injured ligament tendons and muscle fibers last and foremost HCG i was reading multiple sites stating that if you run hcg through out your cycle 100 iu ED or 200 iu EOD (lower iu the better) to mimic your body natural LH release and by doing this it will prevent testicular degeneration and help create a seamless transition from "on cycle" to "off cycle" as oppose to the post cycle crash.

tendonitis in elbows and slight tear in sholder ligament

Torn Ligaments can be a Bitch, depending on the Severity of the the Tear.
Small Tears can Heal with Adequate Rest.
Severe Tears may need Surgery.

For the Elbow Tendonitis.
I have something that worked wonders for me.
It's called the "Graston Technique", and it's done usually be a Qualified Physical Therapist.
It's an Instrument Assisted ~ Soft Tissue Mobilization Therapy.
They Break-up the Adhesions of the Fascia, that is Restricting the Movement of the Nerves/Muscles/Tendons/Ligaments, underneath.
It can be used in various locations throughout the body.
But is Especially Good for Elbow Tendonitis.

I had it done almost 4 years ago, when I could barely Turn a Doorknob.
And my Elbow is Still 100%..................................... JP
 
Hi OP, joetkilla listen i need to let you try to understand more of what all it takes to build / grow more pounds of Lean Muscle Mass (LMM). IT takes more time then you may know.

Let me tell you that as you mature in age, as you training career moves on , you will at some time begin to get diminishing returns as to the your growth. A man cannot build / grow more then 15-20 lbs of LMM. OR plus , a few maybe. I will keep the details brief for this post but no one can gain even 10 pounds of LMM... LEAN MUSCLE MASS in one cycle 12-14-18-20 week cycle.
However another thought to this goal
Look at the competitors watch their history and progression from cycle to show cycle to show and their max gains in that time frame.

SO all i am saying to OP is you might get to that weight, if you only look at the scale. Because you will be full of water. No question about it 20 lbs gain under six months or under a year it cannot happen. Ya know we don't need to be technical or BB authorities but Simple Simon tells me, holy shit if we could do that , the WTF is wrong with those pro's shit 20, 30, 40 pounds in a year gain ya think ??? :Pat: ... :dunno:

All this and drop 3 %BF

Listen, OP, joetkilla, come on back and lets talk a bit.

Like time and growth. At 6'1", 200 lbs BF% under 12% then an Ectomorph correct? At you age you can grow but you need to keep the cycles leaner . ALL these gains over 10-12 pounds are getting wet so I say, wet with muscles full of water , Haaaa LOL . But really a 10 pound gain and keeping it lean, a harder then softer look will yield the same LMM gain as then a full all out bulk with water and the fluid toxin waste in your muscles, making your gains 15-20 lbs. ( general statements).

It all depends on how you want to look at any given weight.

no disrespect at all. i completely understand what you saying. your absolutely right. i guess i will make those stats a long term goal as appose to just this cycle. i will take this into consideration. and change my short term goal! thanks again bud kind of made me perceive this from a different angle.

Now with this knowledge you wont' be back here at week 4or even 6 and complaining "I'm unhappy and can't figure out why I'm only gaining such n such ? " I would say a good (keeping it lean ) cycle might yield a 10-15 lb gain max and then cut and end up with a 4- 5 lbs of LMM ... Remember LMM. If you want the big doughboy look you could gain 20 lbs. With the water and hold it..

You must understand if you are cycling correctly, with everything going, DIET, Training and Rest you will be building muscle. WE cycle to enhance the body's metabolism and synergistic activity by the exogenous hormones. By understanding this then you should not take the scale as serious but more the mirror.
