Need help...pls don't lauch

i am new in this forum and i need help. I am tin and wanted to put some weight and muscles. I need your advice from food and weight training. I am 25 yrs old and i am only 130 lbs. Please help the tin guy to put some muscles. Please don't lauch at me. :( Thanks
 
Welcome dude, just take a look around at this board and i’m sure you will find 99% of your questions answered. And the other 1% you can ask in a new thread.
 
Increase calories 500-750 per day to start, its THAT easy. Eat more than your maintenance.
 
A lot of good guys ahere but dont let the assholes ruin your experience. the Mods are all here to help except MVMAXX and Fantom they only answer Gay questions.

hahaha dude.
just increase your daily calories and start hitting the weights. don't even worry about protein shakes and other supplements
 
first off just start eating more. Every meal you eat, eat a little more with it. And make sure not to miss any of your meals. Try to eat good food, not potatoe chips and shit like that. Youll start gaining soon.
 
As the others have mentioned, eat more calories.

When training, perform compound, multi-joint exercises. (ie deadlifts, squats, barbell row, bench press, military press) Keep your training sessions under one hour and work out no more than 4 days per week. Avoid cardio like the plague. Rest, rest, rest.
 
Thanks for the response guys. Well here's what i eat in a normal daily basis.

Breakfast: 2 Toast with peanut butter & milk
Lunch: Chicken & plain white rice, coke
Mid-Dinner (5:00Pm): Sandwich & coke
Dinner: Plain white rice & pork, milk

ok i eat more than you ...

lets make a deal.. you start eating a lot more.. and i shall too :)

try having 5 meals a day ... maybe drop the coke .. and drink lots more water.

and read other threads in this forum...

there are some really great threads that can outline what a diet should look like for you
 
You need to add more protein carbs, fat, etc... You really need to just eat more bro, and increase your protein intake especailly if you are weight training
 
chicken breast and brown rice is THE best together... good carbs and protein and tastes great... just make like 3lbs of chicken breast tenders on suday and you can eat that till it runs out... then make it again, most likely on tues or wednesday... same with rice, make a big pot of it and use it till its out... for breakfast have some oatmeal... you can put one packet of flavored oatmeal in with like 3/4 cup of plain oatmeal and there you go... make it with milk instead of water... then like 2 times a week eat some nice fast food that you like... you sound naturally skinny, so you most likely won't put on fat that easily... anyway, Good luck, and stick around... great guys here at 'ology
 
hey whats chicken tenders... u mean breasts?

brown rice... i hope ur talking about friend rice... i love htat stuff sooo fucken much.. i just need to learn how to make it

haha just my opinion.

about the brown rice...well its brown and...just ask someone at the food mart where its at and buy a 5 lbs bag. get a rice cooker too. wal-mart.

fried rice is yellow looking.

and friend rice...well, never heard of that. haha (just pushin your buttons)
