Hello im 18 years old 5ft 7 and currently 10st 8lb. Been bodybuilding since i was about 13 but the last two years I have become a lot more serious.
As a kid i was very underweight not through illnes but family problems, so i have come a long way compared to what i was.
I just want to strongly state (not being rude at all) but i really dont want people telling me to not take anything due to my age or gender. I know i shouldnt but this is the path i currently want to take.
I have previous experience with sustanon 250. Which i put on a lot of solid gains.
I am not in the slightest bit worried about any masculinization effects. And i am aware steroids cause these so people dont have to warn me
I just want help. I have purchased 100tabs of 10mg Dianabol. I simply want someone to advice me what they think would be the most suitable amount to take, thats all.
Currently working w/:
Monday - Chest & Bicep
Tuesday - Back & Tricep
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Legs & Shoulders
Friday - Chest & Bicep
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Again this post is just for a few people to help me. I am not being rude. As you can tell im a stubborn person. But its my choice to take this so can you please help me in advicing the best/ safest way i should do say.
