Current protocol:
83mg Test E (1/3 of primoteston depot ampule) E3D
0.5mg adex (same time as t-shot) E3D
210iu HCG (day before t-shot ) E3D
Was on this dosing protocol for a few weeks and had bloods done morning of t-shot, 24 hours after HCG:
TT - 44 nmol/L = 1268 ng/dL
E2 - 46.8 pg/mL (I think my docs range is <50 or 55)
SHBG - 23 (11-73)
So it seems that HCG is definitely boosting my total T. To put it into perspective, a peak test (24hours) after a 62mg t-shot without HCG TT= 29 nmol/L.
I have noticed that I am getting low E symptoms from the 0.5mg adex dose at once, but I'm happy with the E levels the HCG seem to be giving. So I think I need to adjust my adex dose/schedule to get a smoother E2. By that I mean not going from low to upper normal E3D.
Here's what I'm thinking:
T-shot - 83mg E3D
HCG - 210iu E3D - taken 1.5 days after t-shot. I'm thinking it might help smooth out my E2 a little.
Adex - 0.25mg E1.5D - taken with t-shot and HCG - 0.5mg has my levels good, but think the big dose at once is too much.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Or would doing 0.25mg adex EOD with T and HCG shot 1.5 days apart be enough to smooth it out?
