Need Help With Cycle (Newbie)

Not sure what to do. I have Sustanon 250 and Deca 200. I was told to start off with 1cc of each, 2 times a week.
Someone else that juices told me to use 1cc of Sustanon (sust). every 7 to 10 days. He said that Deca sucks and I should stack with Cipionate. I am 5'10" and 162 lbs. Any feed back would be great!!!!
