I decided to go ahead and give pullinbigs 3 day power routine. Only thing is I wanna switch the w/o's around a little. I wanna do mon. chest/shoulder tues. Legs, and fri. Back. Do you see any downsides in doing the exercises this way. Only reason I like it this way is kinda a mental thing I like chest and shoulders exercises the most and like starting them out first thing in the week. Oh, yeah do also incorporate cardio on off days at a moderate pace?

No real downsides in switching things up a bit, however I like to do the most difficult thing first-that way I have it done and I feel that if it is the most difficult then those exercises should be done when you have the most strength. I always used to hate leg day because it is just so taxing. Once I changed my philosophy to love that which is most difficult I have gotten much stronger with squats and now I look forward to squats. If you are having trouble putting on size then ditch the cardio, it is probably overkill.

Thanx for gettin back. Havent heard from ya in a while on here. Last post I saw said you were doin 20 pull ups at a weight of 257. That is amazing what were you in the marines for yrs. and yrs on end.
Im havin the same feelin about not lookin forward to leg day. Actually at 6 4 I dread squats but I know I gotta learn to love em. Maybe after a couple week's I will start out the week with leg's and just train myself to like em. As far the cardio I dont really have a tough time puttin on size I just hate having the love handles when I start eating 8 times a day. I think Im gonna just do it 2xweek at 45 min moderate pace on the treadmill. Im curious about something if you read this, at what angle should your declines be? My shiitty gym doesn't have a decline so I gotta use the free standing incline bench and put it under the power rack.
