So everything is going good burning fat making small but solid gains. My issues are the following. My right achillies tendon. Tight as hell have tried warming it before the gym. Doing extra deep stretching and no no avail the more I try and make it work the tighter it seems its getting. Any advise would be good. Tge other forearm splints. Again same thing but my left forearm. I cam see how its lagging behind my right because again I try everything and its a deep pain that goes from the thumb all the way to my elbow.
