Need help with some pain I've been having

I'm on week 6 or my first test e cycle. I'm noticing size and strength gains, but I'm starting to have pains in my wrists, elbows and shoulders. Could this be related to the test, or just an issue of other sorts like not enough rest days, using g dumbbells over barbells, stretching, etc. I occasionally get some pain in my wrists, but this is worse and is sticking around longer.
 
it has nothing to do with the test . being your on a cycle you are probably pushing more weight and more volume then you are used. back off the amount of weight, go lighter with more strict form
 
It would help if you told us your stats. Good Q's about an AI , are you taking one.

What Roush said was what I would FIRST assume. This is your 1st cycle , yes so if you haven't been lifting as heavy and or the volume that you are now it stands to make sense Simple Simon that your body isn't used to it and is going to ache in the beginning. You can take up to 400-800 mgs of Ibuprofen. Maybe some 1 hour before you lift and some a few and again 2 hours after you lift.
