I broke my back two years ago and shattered my heel from a paragliding accident. I was in the gym 5 days a week using only TEST 400 which worked for me. I was 196lbs at 5'6 now I am 175 with a belly not bad just lost too much. I just went back the gym Friday the 28th and I am in alot of pain lol. My tri's wont move lol. Plus also what have you guys heard about sytropin and what are the good supplements on the market right now. Also I am 39 going to be 40 in Oct with about 15 to 20% body fat .
