need help with workout routine

I was wondering If I can get people to post some workout routines they pefer doing throughout the week. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I want to start a new routine. Heres mine right now.

mon: Chest/tris
Tues: Back/bis
Wed:Legs/shoulders
Thurs:Chest/tris
Fri:Back/bis
Sat:legs/shuolders
sun:off

I know my routines messed up so any help would be appreciated. thanks

Tuesday
incline bench 5x5
flat db press 2x 10-8
Incline db flies 2x 10-8

CG bb bench 5x5
tricep push downs 2x10
machine skull crushers 2x10


Thursday
Squat 5x5
Leg Curl 2x 10
Standing calf raise 2x12

Military press 5x5
Side lateral raises 2x10
DB military press 2x10


Saturday
Deadlift 5x5
BB rows 2x10
Cable pulldowns 2x10
DB shrugs 2x8

BB curl 5x5
Hammer Curl 2x 10

ab work every workout
 
my opinion is do 2days on and 1 day off soo you can do

mon: Chest/tris
Tues: Back/bis
Wed: off
Thurs:shoulders
Fri:legs
Sat:off

I beleive u should do legs on a day by them self because say your doing shoulders then legs when your doing shoulders all the blood is pumping through them, then you go and do legs, u lose that pump in your shoulders and your blood runs down to your legs.
I like to train a muscle 1 time a week to let them have a full recovery.
 
i got the bst results ive evr had from going to the gym twice per wk....thats it twice!!!

All i did on these days were bench, squats and rows

6days a week is most likley way too much ..
go over to the journal section and have a look at what peolle are doing for some more ideas!!
 
right now i do:
DAY 1: CHEST
2: Back
3: biceps
4: triceps
5: Legs/ shoulders

I do 20 min of cardio everyday when i go and work out also

I just stick with the basics, and don;t do alot of machines to any.
