I was wondering If I can get people to post some workout routines they pefer doing throughout the week. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I want to start a new routine. Heres mine right now.
mon: Chest/tris
Tues: Back/bis
Wed:Legs/shoulders
Thurs:Chest/tris
Fri:Back/bis
Sat:legs/shuolders
