need help with workout (with injured shoulder)

Hey

I have an extremely weak left rotator cuff. I also have a possible SLAP lesion (will find out in the next week hopefully)

I was looking for ideas on how to train while my shoulder is recovering. I was doing basically a mixed version of Stronglifts/Starting Strength before. My goals are increased strength and weight.

Other than squats I'm not really sure on what I could do.

work through it. no pain no gain. lol j/k. I'd wait until u get your results to see exactly how bad the damage is.
