Need new routine

Well right now im doing this

Monday-Chest/tris
Tuesday-Back/bi's
Wednesday-off
Thrusday-Legs
Friday-Shoulders

I need a new routine, also i'll be on AS so how much should i increase on volume. I was figureing only a few more sets.
 
what kind of goals do you want?
How many years of training have you had?
whats your stats? age, height etc).....
 
i guess that would help
i'm on a mass cycle.
3 years of solid training. (5 if you count my non-directed training)
