Need opinions please...

I have a few questions for you all.

Recently I finsihed a Test Enan and dbol(russian) cycle. I ran the dbol(30mg ed) for 4 weeks and the test(400 week) for 10 weeks. I started at 195 pounds and went up to 205lbs after the cycle was over. Im willing to best most of that was water weight. I have now lost all the water gained and im sitting at 199lbs.

Is is possible some people dont grow off test that well or did I not have enough test in the cycle to get good gains in weight?

This was my first real cycle and not a whole lot came out of it. My strength went way up from what it was at the beggining. My bench went from 225max to pushing it up 12 times. My shoulders and arms are about the only thing that grew ok.

Hope this wasnt to long and that someone can read it and post what could have went wrong. My diet/training were pushed hard the whole time.
 
Where you dieting for a bulking cycle or cutting??? Also... my guess would be the test was no good.... the dbol alone at 30mg a day should add 10lbs to you... so I would look at the test as possibly being no good... just a thought..

That's what I was thinking. What kind of test did you use?
 
The test was real. I have a prescription to it so I know its legit. Im almost positive the dbol was to because it matched a legit picture I found to match it up with. I was going for a bulking cycle. I ate everything in sight from the appetite increase. Im pretty sure I got enough protein. I didnt check it everyday but I did however eat tons of high protein food threw out the days.

By training split im assumming your asking my workout routine?(sorry im still catching on to BB talk. Anyhow I worked out two days/one off, two days/one off every week. First day I worked out Chest, Biceps, and legs. Second day I worked shoulders, back, and triceps. I did about 10 sets(different exercises) for each bodypart then went on to the next.

The test was made by Upjohn.
 
Oh and when the cycle was over it , my body would resemble more being cut than bulked. I got a friend who tells me I should give tren 75mg eod/ test prop(not sure on dosage) a try. Him and a few of my other buddies have gotten so big this past year and they swear its the tren thats doing it.
 
1 hour workouts. High weight/low rep(8reps). I tried to keep it 1minute between sets and no more so it would be high intensity. I went to failure on the last rep.

Well, I'm going to take a shot in the dark here but you may have overtrained, especially if you were bulking and strength training. Hitting up bodyparts three times a week while blasting max weights each workout is not enough time for recovery of muscle fibers, even with added "help." EX: you were hitting 30 sets for bis/tris heavy each week, those guys are struggling to keep up.
 
Its possible I could be overtraining. Im hoping you experienced people could lend me some knowledge on the subject. I work out each body part twice a week, not three days. I take wed,sat + sun off for rest days. Sorry for the confusion.
