Need PCT after pro hormone.

Hi guys, I took extreme P6 black containing Androstenolone for about 12 days, 4 pills per day.
I stopped it from 2 weeks and I still feel my penis numbed and not sensible, unable to get it up.
I think I want to run on PCT, could you please suggest me what can I take, doses and for how long?
