Need some advice on a good PCT Protocol.

Believe me. I know it is tempting to make jokes. But we need to remember that Ecto is just a kid. Kids make dumb decisions all the time. He made a dumb decision to get on AAS so young. And he has made dumb decisions every step of the way since then. I am glad to hear he wants to do PCT and stop the stupidity. I don't want to see him commit suicide or do something else tragic though. PCT can be especially hard on young kids. Think back to your teen years and how emotionally amplified every little thing in your life seemed.

Ecto-I remember one of your posts where you mentioned you were experiencing bad acne. Have you tried proactive? I ask bc it has really helped me, and I had pretty bad acne in high school (was on accurate for three or four months I think). While it definitely worked, it was a really harsh drug !(turbo redness, dry skin, chapped lips). Now, while I may have the occasional break out, I find that when I'm consistent with proactive, my skin is crystal clear. Just a thought.

Tron offered really good advice--lean on your family and friends. While I haven't gone through what you're going through, I have battled really bad depression, and my family and friends were instrumental in helping me to push through. Good luck bro!

Need a PCT plan to recover from a long blast.
I was suggested the following

1000iu HCG eod for 3weeks
20mg nolva ed for 6weeks
0.5mg adex eod for the whole time

The question is how do I follow this pct plan... Do I start to shoot HCG directly after my last Steroid injection and start nolva directly after every steroid compound has cleared out of my system (test c 12-15days)?

Why the adex? And I heard alot of people using clomid in their pct plans, why isn't clomid included in this plan?

And I was told I could add tribulus as well if I like... when should I throw the tribulus in?

Also ecto, loyd SHOULD know that adex, combined with nolvadex and Clomid is not the best route (if for some reason you were going to use an ai during pct). There are contraindications between adex and nolvadex/Clomid.....making the SERMS less effective. IF AND ONLY IF (and maybe Megatron could chime in here again) you were to use an ai, alongside of a SERM, aromasin would be the better option as there are no contraindications between aromasin, nolvadex, and Clomid. Such a "knowledgeable coach", I would think, should know this. Shit, I'm a rookie for sure, and just from my research on this site (and a little googling), I know that adex combined with nolvadex, and Clomid is dumb. Ask loyd if he is going to be there to help you through all of this mess. Unreal....COME ON MAN!! Did loyd make you sign a waiver before agreeing to have him as a coach? On one of Lloyd's tweets, he said, and I quote, "the haters can get fucked". what a stand up guy....sounds a lot like that dude Vito that got banned from this site. SMH
