I am on TRT 100mg E7D no AI based on E2 monitoring through bloodwork.

This blood work didn't test for T or E2 just some standard tests he ordered.

It was done 12 hours fasted and 7 days from last injection before next injection.

Been taking 1000mg of omega3 and 5000iu of d3 daily for the 2 months

Been taking 600mg of NAC and liv care liv.52 1 capsule daily for the past 2 weeks

Bun/ceatinine and LDL high. Both have been consitantly high since my body recomp journey.

Working with 3j and have been very clean on diet everything has gotten better in my bloodwork except bun/creatine ratio and LDL any thoughts?

Thanks

Creatinine levels are consistently high for guys who workout and consume an adequate amount of protein so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Its a false reading caused by muscle breakdown from resistance training.

Your LDL is a bit of a worry but I would take that up with 3J, he'll know what dietary changes need to be made in order to get it back down.

I will say that your omega 3 & Vit D supplement consumption is way too low.
You want to be taking in 2-3g of EPA/DHA per day in order to get all the benefits (of which there are many) of fish oil.
Have you ever had a blood test to see where you vid D levels are?
500iu wont be enough to maintain adequate levels, never mind increase them. I recommend between 2,000-2,500iu to maintain if your levels are adequate & more if your deficient - but I get it tested first to see where your at.

No blood test for D just started supplementing after getting trt protocol dialed in. Will get it in next bloodwork.

Had a typo s in original post:

Taking 1000mg of omega3 will double.

Taking 5000iu of D3

Thanks for the info

How about my thyroid like mega alluded to???

My take is that I would be concerned about your thyroid.

Ok what should I be concerned with?

I don't know anything about the results other than they show in range

The dr office called and said all is good.

From what you see what should I be concerned about? Elaborate please.

Here are a couple sets of results to look at

Here are some thyroid results:

From 8-4

TSH 2.650 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL 01
Thyroxine (T4) 9.4 4.5-12.0 ug/dL 01
T3 Uptake 25 24-39 % 01
Free Thyroxine Index 2.4 1.2-4.9

From 11-26

he didn't request the t3 uptake

TSH 3.32 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL 01
Thyroxine (T4) 7 4.5-12.0 ug/dL 01
Free Thyroxine Index 3.5 1.2-4.9

You want your tsh to be low, anything above 3.0 is a worry.

Hmm..the trend seems to indicate that your tsh is getting higher, its not unheard of for guys on trt to develop underactive thyroids since testosterone, by itself, lowers thyroid output.
T4 levels dropping & a pretty poor t3 uptake all suggests that trt is negatively effecting your thyroid.
Some docs are out of touch and believe that tsh levels up to 5.0 are fine - this is false.

Are you on a caloric deficit with 3J? That has an impact too.

Being in a caloric deficit alone will lower your thyroid so I wouldnt attach all the blame to trt.

Iodine supplementation is a good idea, but honestly if its due to the diet then no supp apart from t3 (which I dont recommend on a basic trt protocol) is going to help.

If you feel good - no fatigue, no weight gain, etc - then I wouldnt worry about it.
A simple diet break eating at maintenance for 2 weeks would upregulate your thyroid if its down to the diet. This depends on how long you've been on your diet and, again, is something you should discuss with 3J.

Why is an LDL of 122 any kinda worry? Total of 178 is fine. If u are regular in the bathroom I wouldn't worry about more fiber. The NCEP guidelines of cholesterol numbers are nuts. If you wanna really dive in to the "high LDL" have a test to determine the density of the LDL types. You'll prob find they are not the worrisome kind. Prob big fluffy benign LDL.

I was thinking that myself. Just weird that after 4 months of strict diet all of my number improved except for the LDl.

After some of the responses I'm pretty concerned about my thyroid.

Obviously I've had an issue for some time with it the numbers above on 8-4 are from right after start of new diet
and trt. Don't have any previous blood work other than that
