i am on my second cycle of test prop, i am taking 300ml a week. my buddy who is also on it and were i get my gear from says i need to eat everything in sight, but im thinking isnt this gonna get me fat ?? and he said thats what i gotta do gain lots of weight then burn off the fat?? is this right??
 
I understand your friends idea of eating everything in sight as this is something you could do if you are trying to gain a butt load of muscle and weight. I think that if you are trying to gain weight and keep fat to a minimum you can eat allot of calories but they have to be quality calories. Not a double quarter pounder and 2 jelly rolls after the gym. Tuna, Lean meats, I love pork and it is great to cook a bunch of shicken breasts and rice and spice them up a bit and if you cook enough you will have a lunch and/or dinner for a week. Just be smart and eat quality food you can cheat a little after a long good workout but just be smart!
 
thank you!! thats exactly what i thought but sicne im still a newbie on gear and hes been doing it for years i figured he knows his shit. but i ask him how am i gonna have a nice stomach and low fat by eating a shit load of fatty or fried / greesy food.
 
I'm a dirty bulker. There is a trick though. You have to get your quality foods in first, then you can have some Mc. Donalds, or pizza or what have you. That's how it's done. IN FACT, by eating some empty calories 1-2 days of the week it keeps your metabolism burning and your body guessing.

I also don't worry about gaining fat when I try to put on mass though. Unless you're extremely gifted you eventually have to make the decision to change your genetics. You do this by eating like a 300lb man. You'll get fat sure, but you'll also stay more anabolic, and have a lot less androgenic side affects.

ex; if you're having trouble staying at 200lbs, and your body keeps bringing you down to 190. Eat yourself to 220lb, I guarantee when you cut off that fat, your body will let you stay even heavier than 200lb this time.

And when you're cut, your body responds to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) in low doses like it would if you're bulked and using high doses of AAS. Your body is like a sponge after cutting, very ready to absorb everything you're going to give it. This another reason why I love to bulk/cut/bulk cause the 2nd time around you're going to be a lot bigger and better than the first.

But that's just the decision I've made.
 
first off don talk stupid shit. i want advice not stupid ass remarks, and for those thats giving the info i need thanxs. but yeah my first cycle lasted a month and i didnt really gain shit cuz i didnt eat alot cuz i was worried abou eating fatty shit that raises my cholesterol.and i didnt take any kinda of off cycle shit, so i lost all my gains

im 5/10 and weigh 160..

my diet is usually the same thing every day

these are pretty much the only foods i like lol
ham and cheese sandwich from the deli
steaks,some pork chops , baked potatos, eggs, white toast, and my snack is some jellow lol. its hard for me to eat alot cuz i dont like alot of food!

im am not trying to get massive , but i would like to weigh around 180 190 max. i know i can do that natural but i chose to use gear , just like everyone else... so please no .. im really just going for shape, not really size.
