Alright everyone, I was going to do a cycle but changed my mind and staying natrual I'm 23 years old at 153lb being training for about 4 year ish lol my diet as always being the same ive gained around 5 stone since I've been training and now unable to pack on the size as I used to, my question is how many calories and carbz would keep me packing on size and still beable to keep a bit of my packs lol I have an holiday coming up soon that's why I'm bothered about the packs lol anyways here's a rough copy of my diet
2800-3000 calories
220-280g protien
160-200carbz
60-110 fat
3.5l water a day
And at least 8 hours sleep
My supplements:
Protien shake 1000 calories 90g protien 150g carbz 10g creatine
Multi vitz and minerals
And was thinking a D-A-A and horny goat weed stack??
Also if anyone has any advice on any suppz that can keep fat to a minimal whilst I'm im keeping my diet in check, I would be greatful
