Hello everybody, I get a 400 mg testosterone injection every two weeks from my uralagist. I am also seeing another dr trying to get on hgh at the moment. Miy uralagist is very cool and am wondering if there are any scripts I can ask him to put me on to help build muscle?

There are several things you can do that will have a huge benefit for you, first take your biweekly injection of 400 mgs and split it into four injections, pinning 100 mgs every 3.5 days. This will allow you to maintain a consistent test level throughout the week instead of having a big spike 24-48 hours after your injection and then crashing a week later. The stable test level will allow you to have the energy to get into a gym and workout hard and heavy. Secondly look up and contact 3J who is a site sponsor about working with you on your diet, I am a client of his and he has helped me more than I can express. Gaining muscle in the gym is 80% diet, 15% training and 5% gear.

Best of luck to you!

I think that is a good idea, that should raise my free test? I'm new to all this stuff but I read somewhere clomid would do the same thing at a cheaper cost not sure through if thats correct also would I need anything to go with the ai?. any other recommendations greatly appreciated! I'm actually getting the shots at the dr will they let me do them at home?

Clomid is not an AI.

I know, I was saying I read clomid would have the same effects, as far as Aromatase inhibitor (AI) which one would be best or are they are basically the same Erase, triazole, REVERSITOL V2

An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will help you keep your E2 under control, if your E2 gets too high then you can experience symptoms similar to having low T as well as retain water, develop Gyno, etc. My doctor currently does not allow me to self inject but has agreed too once I am dialed in. As many have told me, this is your health and you must DEMAND to self inject otherwise walk and find another doctor. You might also consider adding Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to your protocol, 250iu 2x a week.

Clomid does not work the same as an AI.

AI's that you should ask your doctor about are Arimidex (Anastrozole) and Aromasin (Exemestane). Have you had your estradiol levels tested? And are you monitoring/treating your Hematocrit?

would I need to run anything besides hcg? ok so just so i'm clear on things I would have my testosterone injections, my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and my peptide so I would be ready for a good bulk. I do have an estradiol on my testosterone results page it says under result 27 and my hemocrit says 44.8 under result. My dr has this stuff checked every 3 months and these are recent

Well, presumably your levels are going to be in the normal range on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Yeah, you can add good muscle mass, but you aren't running a cycle.

TRT is not a cycle, you are just getting your Test level to normal, diet is the most important thing if you are wanting to add muscle.

Edit; Sorry Megatron beat me to it!

I was just looking for the exact info you guys gave me! Thank you very much for information I will put it to good use! That was the reason I posted it in the testosterone section not the steroid section lol. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 2 years was just looking for ways to improve it, I am only 27 so I have plenty of time to get big!

Thanks again

I added Cialis 10mg a day to my protocol, it helps keep your blood pressure down, good for your prostate and the bonus is it helps with ED, it feels really good to get morning wood again.

Edit: As Megatron also mentioned earlier, keep an eye on your Hematocrit, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can raise your Hematocrit to a dangerous level if you do not take proactive measures. Start donating blood every few months and you should be good, besides you are doing something that saves lives and makes you feel good inside because you payed it forward.

You might also want to consider supplementing with DHEA and Pregnenolone (make sure you consult with your doctor). The other comment is on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), if you can do injections EOD but with a smaller dose (200 IU) you would be better off.

What are the benefits of supplementing with DHEA and Pregnenolone?

When your HPTA is affected by testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) not only is your testosterone affected but also the production of other hormones. DHEA and Pregnenolone can help with backfilling those pathways. DHEA and Pregnenolone should be done in conjunction with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and not as a substitute for.

I agree with this all except for the part in red, i feel thats optional in hrt. also some seem to get anxiety from HCG.
Ball size is cosmetic at that point IMO when on hrt. unless you personally care about the size i feel test + pregn and dhea are enough.
I dont personally use HCG on my hrt so yes I am bias.

There are a lot of things in life that might be optional, but having said that HCG is a good idea, and not just for the size of one’s testicles. Remember we have LH receptors throughout the body, not just in the testes, so by suppressing LH other parts of the body will be affected, even parts of the brain (Just Google “Extragonadal LHCGR”). Not to mention some individuals will simply develop pain in the testicles due to the lack of LH.

Granted, some people do not tolerate hCG well. Whether it be anxiety or elevated E2 or other, but for those that can tolerate it, it should be utilized in my opinion.
