Iv been doing the same routine for about 2 yrs now and feel its time for a change. Iv switched the excersizes I do but not the order of body parts. Iv been doing one bodypart a week. Im thinking Im ready to do twice a week. Currently I do back on monday, shoulders tuesday, lowerback and traps wed, chest on thur, legs fri, arms saturday. Its been working but lately its not the same. I was talking with someone at my gym and they suggested 2 times a week. What would be a good way to start? I was thinking monday-back and bis, tuesday-chest and tris, wed-legs and shoulders, thurs off, and repeat. Would this be ok. Or I was considering doing 3 days just power movments. chest mon, deads, tues, squats - wed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

id suggest taking a day off between tuesday and wednesday, dont do power movements 3 days in a row.. tends to be a bit much, well for me anyways

I agree..Just out of curiosity the guy that suggested you hit things 2x per week was he big/strong? Most poeple will overtrain doing this (except coleman)!!
M-Squats
W-Bench
F-Deads
do some secondary exercises to help with those lifts..

blackbear, this guy was big and strong and fat. He was a powerlifter. He is a big motherfucker though.
