Need some help here for the new guy!

I am wanting some suggestions on what stack I should take. Maybe test and dbol or deca, not quite sure. Iam 5'6'' 168-170 18% bf and 33 years old. Bodyfat a little high due to trying to eat high calories during bulking in winter. I just came off of Finaflex 550 - pro hormone. I was at 162 before I started went up to 174 and now on my last day of my post cycle sitting at 168ish. I workout 4 days a week. Hitting every body part once a week. I am just frustrated working out for the past 2.5-3 years hard and seeing little results. I do workout hard, watch my diet and had a trainer for a year. I told him I want to look like him, just found out from another person that he is juicing. Probably why I dont look like him!!! Any suggestions. I want to acheive a bigger look and try to rip up soon for pool season without gaining fat around the stomach. Thanks guys for your help.

This will be your first cycle of AAS so its rec that should be test only.Testosterone is the base of most all steroids so you'll want to see how your body handles that before you start stacking other compounds.
Stick around the steroid forums and ask some questions,lots of good info and some smart bro's.
 
I agree with Drew on starting with test first.If your routine is the same thing every time you work out your gains will stagnant. Try going from heavy weights and low reps (12-15) to a lower weight and higher reps (50-100),then switch back to throw your body off its schedule.Its ok to bulk a little but don't over do it because its fat, not muscle. You need protein to build muscle.Eat clean with a cheat meal once a week.
 
x2 on both...unless your a powerlifter...mix it up...you want growth and hardness...test only...clean up diet..up the aerobics...read, read, read..ask...then do.

Thanks guys!!! Good info. I do mix it up for muscle confusion going heavy then lighter and high to low reps. What kind of results do u think I can get with just test alone? And how long should i take it, how often, and what amount. any detailed info on that is helpful.
 
Test e, c or sust.
500 a week..split into 2 shots is a good starter.
Test prop rock s as well..50-100 eod..
Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and line up your post cycle therapy (pct) before you start though.

Thanks Teutonic. How long should i stay on test? how many days in between should i split the the 2 times a week. I workout 4 times a week, monday-friday with one day rest in there. Also what part of the day should i take it? I workout at about 330 ish.Thanks. On the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thats the arom inhib and post cycle therapy (pct) is my post, got it. Maybe the aniamal pack that helps with the aromitization.

Drew covered it.

Run the test weeks 1-12 split into two 250mg doses. Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for bloat. Start PCT 2 weeks after last injection. Eat BIG and train hard
