Need some help. Penis looks smaller/less bloodflow.

My doctor put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) about 3 years ago. 1cc Testosterone Cyp 200mg per week .5 Arimidex every 3 days.

My wife and I noticed when I DONT take the test my penis looks fuller, and is thicker when erect. (because one time I didnt have money to buy my test injections and I went 2 months without it)

I thought maybe we were wrong, but I have tried it a few times (going a month or so w/o test) and everytime it looks fuller and "bigger".

(Also, I NEVER stopped taking the Arimidex).

And once I do my injection my testicles and penis seem shrivel up like I am always cold or something. And when I get an erection it is only like 75% erect.

It seems to reduce bloodflow to my penis, it looks shriveled and feels kinda cold/dead. Its difficult to explain.

My doctor lowered my test to .5cc per week, but it still makes it seem "smaller".

Should I just take Arimidex by itself? Would that raise my test levels enough w/o injections?

Because I seem to do much better on just arimidex.

Also, what causes my penis to look "smaller" when taking the testosterone?

Once you have completed puberty, your penis will not change size. Your testicles can, however, decrease in size while using steroids.

In terms of 'fullness', I would say level of arousal. Test should be making you horny as a male dog amongst females in heat!

I can relate - My libido and ED is worse on TRT than it is off

I have been on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for over year with a recent off period of 6 weeks, Both times I began testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) my low libido dropped to zero and my ED became worse. My E2 levels are always fine, so I know its not that.

Adex is just an AI,
I would see if he would change your Test up.. that's really odd.. Testosterone makes a chair look Sexy ;)...Deca killed my drive pretty bad.. i was as limp as a sock.
snag some of them magic blue pills

Wouldn't your test increase when the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) prevents it from converting into estrogen? More test would remain test. Am I missing something in the loop?

It just seems whenever I do the test injections my penis looks smaller than usual. It shrivels like I am always cold or something.

Maybe I am not taking enough Arimidex. My estrogen might be too high and thats why everything shrivels up.

My right nipple is also REALLY sore and there is a lump. It has been hurting for months. And the lump seems slightly bigger.

Have your doctor perform an exam to see if you have gyno and ask him to look at your penis. Shit, why not do your injection right in from of him in the office and ask him to measure your penis/testicles pre and post injection to test your hypothesis.

yeah, if anything you should find it bigger bc it wasn't full before. In my case I had NO idea how much less full my erections had gotten over the years. Few days after my first pin of test I thought the dick fairy had visited and I plowed a hole through the mrs. she still hasn't forgotten.
Do as the decepticon told you and get an exam... bloodwork, too. If for no other reason than to rule out something more serious.

oh, and consider stopping the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for a while and a few injections. you may have killed your e levels from the get-go. and low e will kill your libido and erections, too.

Maybe its just in my head.

But it seems that there is less bloodflow to my penis when I do test injections.

Especially when its soft. It looks shriveled.

When I dont take the test it hangs like normal.

Maybe I should just do 1/2 cc every 7-10 days and take a little more arimidex.

Or should I try to quit the injections and use Androgel or Testim?

Dude, I totally just spit out my drink all over my keyboard! Dick fairy! LOL

To the OP: I am betting that you are perceiving your penis being smaller as the mons pubis (I think it's called that for men, it's the fatty area around the base of your penis) gets more full while on test due to higher estrogen causing bloat. This could cause your penis to appear smaller as it does in men with obesity, yet be reversed while off test as the bloat decreases and you "dry out". This would make sense as when you stop taking your test but continue with the adex, your estrogen is greatly reduced - dropping the high estrogen sides. Your nipple pain is also screaming high estrogen to me as well.

Transdermals have a tendency to aromatize more than injections from what I've seen and vary from person to person on how well they work. If it was me, I would get a blood test to see where I was at, and stick with injections.

My .02c :)

That makes sense!

Because I do have some extra fat around the base of my penis, and I do feel more bloated when I do the injections.

And my right nipple hurts like hell, and there is a "Peanut M&M" sized lump under my nipple.

But what causes my penis to look thicker (normal) when I dont take the injections, and thinner than normal when I do? My wife also noticed this. She said it before I told her I noticed it.

It's Not in Your Head

My Libido drops to zero and I get chronic ED on Test. I have tried twice now and it happened both times and my E2 (sensitive test) has never gone over 34. I was on for a year and took a few weeks of and had no crash and felt no different except my Libido started to get better as did my ED. I went back on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) because I though it would be somehow better this time. Its not. Not everyone gets results on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), unfortunately. Do a Google search if you don't believe me.

Your penis simply cannot change size one day to the next or one week to the next just as the size of your hand cannot. Once you complete puberty your penis is going to remain that size. Test injections will not change that fact. What can change is the amount of blood flow your penis is getting. Your testicles can change in size over time (but not over night). So maybe you have a blood flow problem and need to see a urologist.

And as everyone has suggested, get your E2 checked and have a doctor examine you for gyno. I wouldn't delay.

Probably best to see your doctor for an exam. If you have a lump in your chest, then it is always best to have someone else look at it because your mind will deceive you if you think you have gyno, and you freak yourself into thinking something is wrong. Sorry if I worded that weird.

There is tissue in the male breast that can be perceived as gyno if you don't know what you're looking for. Have a doctor give you an exam.
