Not one person here has told you to never cycle. Wait until you are 25, and take breaks in between cycles. Do it smart and do it right. You'll get great results AND stay healthy. At this point, you're probably already shut down, but 250mg is about what your natural test is at 21, so you're doing all of the damage and getting no gain. Either stop immediately and hope for the best, or accept what you've done and make the most of it. If you're going to stay on, up it to 500mg per week and run it out for 12 weeks. Eat a TON, no 2 tons in your case, and workout hard and often. You're going to have to adjust your schedule for a few months to make more time for the gym. You'll need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), adex at 1/2mg EOD, and nolva and clomid for PCT.
If you cannot really up you calories and make time for the gym, you will not make good gains. Test is a great tool, but it's not magic. You'll need to continue to eat and train after your cycle to have even a slight chance of holding on to any of the gains. Test is really hard on your system at your age, and if all you get out of it is a few pounds of muscle that last for a few months, it's just not worth it. AAS should be the last thing you add into your training, not the first. It's like putting nitrous on a car that doesn't run.
