Need some Training Help...

Ok guys, my local gym is have a Bench/Squat/Dead competition on July 1st. They're taking the total of all lifts, then subtracting bodyweight in order to determine the winner. It's a fundraiser for something, so I thought it would be cool to enter it, kind of an intro to competing. Plus i've got a decent chance to win.

My question is, i've got three weeks, how should I train up until then? I know good information like this cost $, but what's a good outline, low reps..singles? Thanks!! BTW, it's 100% raw.
