Lol bro one thing I have learned that books are a lot of bullshit. I will take personal experience advice before anything in a book unless its a proven study by a md. Read on here not a stupid book.

You are right, personal experience is more credible. I assumed that William Llewellyn knew what he was talking about. It is in his Anabolics 2007 and I have heard a lot of praise about his books. I will keep reading around the forum as well.
