Need to thicken chest

I know a few guys with stubborn chests and incorporating a ton of dumbell flys at different angles seems to help. My training partner seems to be improving his chest every week doing them, and continues to thank me.

Yeah? I think i'll have to try some of this stuff tomorrow or the next day when i do chest and see how it works out for me, thanks again.

I'm still lookin for the Flex mag with that workout program in it! If you saw my magazine collection you would understand. I don't throw any mags away LOL. I got ATV mags, Mustang mags, Muscle Mags and i've had them for years but don' t worry bro i'll find it cuz it was from like last summer!

To do a dumbell pullover you lay down on a bench making a t with your body and the bench. Resting just your upper back on the bench. With a dumbell above your head you lower it as low to the ground as possible then back up to just above your head. I have to disagree with trendkill though, as far as I know knowthing can expand your ribcage. This is an old school wives tale. Arnold says this is possible in all of his books, but science and kinesiology disagree. But they do work your lats and probably your chest and tris fairly well.

Yeah i figured that's the way to do them properly,, and i didn't really think they'd expand your ribcage either. Thanks for the info thus far everyone.

Chest

I was hung up on doing flat bench presses with as much weight as possible for years, with little gain outside of front delts and tri's blowin up.. Took awhile but found out flats are as useless as pullovers in making dramatic changes.. Full pecs come from heavy flyes at an incline of no more than 45 degrees and better at 35 degrees. Incline barbell presses at 35 degrees will blow up the very muscles we want- Chest!!! Stick to these movements and go hard-n-heavy and results will occur!!!

I did my chest workout today, but i did back as well so i didn't do too many exercises,,, but i did heavy fly's and man i was feeling it today. I think i'm gonna switch up my chest exercises each week that i do chest (I only do chest on Sunday's, anyone think i should hit chest twice a week maybe?)... i think the tips i got from here will help me out, but we'll see in due time, thanks everyone.
