My friend is going to compete this year and we are trying to figure out what her carb intake(mg) should be when she starts 10 weeks out. I know what works for me but I am 210 lbs. She is 5 ft and 115lbs right now at 15 weeks out. She probably only needs to drop 10-15 lbs total (with sodium depleting). I would say her bf% is mabey around 10-12%. Any help or sugestions would be great. Thanks
