Hello
I'm 28 hrs old. 206 lbs. 6 ft tall. I'm looking to loose some weight and get a little toned up. I have just started running and doing push ups and sit ups. What is a good supplement to take to help out? Or do any of you recommend steroids? I'm new to this so any Input will help out. Thanks in Advance.
