B-D's are sharper than Terumo. I really noticed it when using a water base. I have used both and I prefer B-D over Terumo.

Terumo claims to have a thinner barrel, but then again, so does B-D. The only difference i can see is what DG pointed out, it holds more fluid, plus bigger top, for easier handling. its personal preference, i wouldnt be surprised if i didnt feel a difference in the two

If you could see how fat my fingers were trying to use the little plastic top to push fluids is nearly imposable and always would slip over and over. The B-D's are noticeably bigger and yes you can feel B-D's are longer but far sturdier and stick less.

That little few quarter inches on top makes a huge difference unless shooting water based and goes in easily with me and fat hands.

I'm sure most nurses and Dr's injecting other w/Teurmo's would not make as big of difference to them but to a 250lb BB injecting himself in hard to reach areas makes a big plus.
