Never been a diet guy.

Hey all figured maybe someone could help me out. I have never had to diet because I was so active I was able to keep myself at a relatively low bf naturally. Now i am in college and have packed on a few unwanted pounds and I am a lil lost. Any help would be great.
 
Im no expert but the most important thing is calories in vs calories out other things to watch for are making sure your gettin clean carbs if any at all.Do you do cardio or are you just strictly dieting.
