Never Juiced...what to recommend.

Aright...
For years I've thought about juicing. Alot of guys in my neighborhood and my cousin have done it for years as well...so i know a little of what goes into it. One of my main problems is injecting myself. I don't have a problem with needles but more of how to shoot it and prepping it and stuff like that. But what i really need is a few recommendations on what i would need to take to reach my goal. I'm looking to bulk, no cutting. Now this is just speculation..nothing is set in stone..i just would like an idea from the more experienced.
Heres some stats to go by:

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 170
Age: 24
Body Fat: ?
Body Type: Ectomorph
Time Training: 2000 - Present (Two winters off)
Diet: 4-6 meals daily
Foods include: Steak, Chicken, Salmon, Tuna, Eggs, white rice, potatoes, Broccolli, Mixed Vegs, Oatmeal, Grits, Cheese
Fluids: Water, Gatorade, Ensure (2 a day = 700cal.)
Supps: ProM3, Casein, CE2

Goal: 200lbs/+

For a 1st cycle I'd recommend a 12 week run of 500mg Test E or Test C followed by correct PCT. Dont worry about stacking this and that for your 1st go ... If diet and training are spot on you will see fantastic gains.

I dont think anyone could have said it better! Please research post cycle therapy (pct) before hand and get it before you start your cycle! As CHEAT1 stated DIET/TRAINING are the most important factors!!!!

He's right. Don't be temped to run anything else with the test and don't go adding orals like dbol. Only run one compound on your first cycle. make sure you have everything prepared before you start your cycle.

Yeah i read the "massive newbie on AS thing-a-majigg"...and it said that everyone is different. That really doesn't help me in deciding what to take and what will benefit me the most. Cuz I'm certainly not gonna waste my time and money for the sake of trial and error.

But..to those that are giving me answers....why Test and not Deca?
 
Test is best because generally people react well to it and its very easy to combat any sides... plus being as it is the male hormone it keeps things working properly

on another note, before you jump onto a cycle I would reevaluate your diet and training... you seem to be very undersized to start a cycle... just from my own personal experience, I would most definitely wait until you are closer to your natural limit before starting a cycle

I am 6'3 and was 221lbs with about 14% bf before I did my first cycle and I may have been a little undersized, so at 6'2 and 170 you have some room to grow naturally

Bro...You're 22...my height...and over 200...thats nuts. Thats all i want. How do i know what my bodys natural limit is?..lol..yanno. I know guys younger than me...and they're reaching their goals and keeping most of what they made.
 
the only issue that I would have with someone your size using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is that you probably aren't eating enough to begin with to gain and if you don't eat enough now, you're not going to be eating enough when you are ON and your gains are going to be superficial and you'll probably lose most of them

Well obviously hes not eating right if he is 6'2" 165!!!

I usually get over 1800 calories daily...and my gram to gram and a 1/2 of protein per lb of body weight. I mostly eat clean...some fast food mayby once a week. I really don't know how much more i can eat with a busy schedule that i have. I don't know what you guys do...but i can't always grab chicken breasts..sweet potatoes...and string beans..with a gainer at work. lol
So what am i doing wrong? Do i need to post how many meals...when i eat them...what i eat...(which i did already)? How am i NOT eating right?

@ 6'2'' you should be able to get over 200lbs with proper training & diet.
Steroids will only blow you up with water and a little muscle then once you come off you will be back to step 1.

Fix your training/diet & or sleep habits, so you know how to gain before injecting hormones into yourself for shortcuts that will not benefit you at this time.

I may be a "newb" when it comes to AS...but not training. I know what to do.
And as far as my diet goes..everyone is quik to say that its a problem..but no one yet has told me what that problem is.

You might think your training is solid but I assure it is not. I used to think the same so this isn't a put down.

Also, you mentioned eating over 1800 calories a day. That is clearly not enough food to put you into a anabolic state. (muscle building state)

lol...i do read. You think i just pulled 1800 calories out of thin air? I got that from figuring out my BMR and then using the Harris-Benedict Formula. Last time i checked it was meant to figure out how many calories are needed to build muscle. It may not be dead on balls accurate...but its an idea.
 
BTW...how do you know how i train? Just curious...


Well I know your goal is to be over 200lbs. And you are 6'2'' at 170lbs which is a pole. So my guess would be your training supports your build, which isn't very impressive at all. If you were around 220lbs while natural with low body fat then I would think you knew how to train.

What a dumb question that was.

so 8years of training basically and u are only 170 at 6'2" thats why everyone is on ur ass about training and dieting, cuz 8years of training shudve gotten u alot more size..
so
A. ur lying to us.
B. Ur diet and training is terrible.
